3D Product Measurement

At the customer’s request and with prior agreement, we carry out 3D measurements exclusively on our own products, using the ZEISS T-SCAN hawk 2 handheld laser scanner to ensure metrology-grade precision.
  • Satellite Mode – a groundbreaking method allowing scanning of objects several meters long without coded markers, and without sacrificing accuracy
  • Projection mode with red laser marker – enables easy attainment of the perfect working distance
  • Seamless switching between resolution and field of view – adapts to everything from fine
  • Four button workflow control – operate directly from the scanner, no laptop needed
  • Excellent performance on dark and glossy surfaces – accurate results across diverse material types
  • DAkkScalibrated traceable standards – ensuring quality and calibration using certified measurement references
  • Technical specs: volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.015 mm/m; weight < 1 kg; laser class 2; 10 m ultralight cable; supports full remote workflow
